First, we never involve ourselves with residential real estate.  The home market is its own unique animal and there are a plethora of licensed individuals that can do a better job than we could do.

However, as it may be requested or required commercially, that is, regarding a commercial property, we will use our extensive source of contacts and bring the licensed person to the table.  We will bring him on the team and make sure his activities are well coordinated with ours.

Yes, you would be receiving two separate reports. That can’t be helped.  But once we have his value, we can then refer to it and even quote it in narrative section of our report.
